অ্যাকাউন্ট অ্যাক্টিভেশন: যেহেতু Sector71 একটি ক্লাউড-বেজড POS সফটওয়্যার, তাই এখানে কোনো ফিজিক্যাল পণ্য কুরিয়ারের মাধ্যমে পাঠানো হয় না। গ্রাহক পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন করার পর সর্বোচ্চ ১ থেকে ৬ কার্যঘণ্টার মধ্যে গ্রাহকের মোবাইল নাম্বার বা ইমেইলে সফটওয়্যারের অ্যাক্সেস (ইউজারনেম, পাসওয়ার্ড এবং লগইন লিংক) ডেলিভারি করা হয়।
সেটআপ: অ্যাকাউন্ট বুঝিয়ে দেওয়ার পর গ্রাহকের মেনু বা ইনভেন্টরি সেটআপের জন্য গ্রাহকের সহযোগিতা ও প্রয়োজন সাপেক্ষে অতিরিক্ত সময় লাগতে পারে।
সাধারণ শর্ত: অ্যাকাউন্ট অ্যাক্টিভ হওয়ার পর মাসিক বা বার্ষিক সাবস্ক্রিপশন ফি (যেমন: ৯৯৯ টাকা/মাস) সাধারণ ক্ষেত্রে অফেরতযোগ্য (Non-refundable)।
বিশেষ রিফান্ড: যদি সফটওয়্যারে এমন কোনো বড় টেকনিক্যাল সমস্যা বা ত্রুটি (Bug) পাওয়া যায় যা আমাদের সাপোর্ট টিম সমাধান করতে ব্যর্থ হয়, তবে অ্যাকাউন্ট অ্যাক্টিভেশনের প্রথম ৩ দিনের মধ্যে রিফান্ড আবেদন করলে আমরা সম্পূর্ণ মূল্য ফেরত (Full Refund) প্রদান করব।
যেসব ক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয়: গ্রাহকের নিজস্ব ডিভাইস (মোবাইল, কম্পিউটার বা প্রিন্টার) নষ্ট থাকলে, ইন্টারনেট কানেকশন না থাকলে অথবা গ্রাহক নিজে সফটওয়্যার ব্যবহারে অনাগ্রহ প্রকাশ করলে কোনো রিফান্ড প্রদান করা হবে না।
ফিজিক্যাল পণ্যের মতো ডিজিটাল সফটওয়্যার "ফেরত" দেওয়ার সুযোগ নেই। তবে গ্রাহক চাইলে যেকোনো সময় তার সাবস্ক্রিপশন বাতিল (Cancel) করতে পারেন।
গ্রাহক যদি পরবর্তী মাসের সাবস্ক্রিপশন রিনিউ করতে না চান, তবে চলতি মাস শেষ হওয়ার আগেই আমাদের হেল্পলাইনে জানিয়ে দিতে পারবেন। এতে পরবর্তী মাসের জন্য কোনো চার্জ কাটা হবে না। সাবস্ক্রিপশন বাতিল হলে গ্রাহকের ড্যাশবোর্ড অ্যাক্সেস বন্ধ হয়ে যাবে।
ফ্রি সাপোর্ট: অ্যাক্টিভ সাবস্ক্রিপশন থাকা অবস্থায় প্রত্যেক গ্রাহক আমাদের কাছ থেকে সম্পূর্ণ বিনামূল্যে টেকনিক্যাল সাপোর্ট পাবেন।
যোগাযোগের মাধ্যম: সফটওয়্যার ব্যবহারে কোনো সমস্যা হলে বা কিছু বুঝতে অসুবিধা হলে গ্রাহক সরাসরি আমাদের হেল্পলাইন নাম্বারে কল করে অথবা হোয়াটসঅ্যাপে স্ক্রিনশট শেয়ার করে সাপোর্ট নিতে পারবেন।
ট্রেনিং: নতুন গ্রাহকদের জন্য সফটওয়্যারটি কীভাবে ব্যবহার করতে হবে, তার জন্য ফ্রি ভিডিও টিউটোরিয়াল এবং প্রয়োজনে গুগল মিট (Google Meet) বা এনিডেস্ক (AnyDesk) এর মাধ্যমে লাইভ ট্রেনিং প্রদান করা হবে।
ডাটা ব্যাকআপ এবং সার্ভার মেইনটেন্যান্সের সকল টেকনিক্যাল দায়িত্ব Sector71 Softwares কর্তৃপক্ষের ওপর ন্যস্ত থাকবে।

Welcome to Sector71 Software ("Sector71", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sector71 Cloud POS software, website (https://sector71.app/), and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By registering an account, accessing, or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to register for our Service.
Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate.
Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials (username and password). Sector71 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Subscription Fees: Access to Sector71 is billed on a subscription basis (e.g., monthly or annually). By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees (such as ৳999/month or equivalent international pricing) as displayed at the time of purchase.
Payment Processing: We use secure third-party payment gateways for both domestic (Bangladesh) and international transactions. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the subscription fees.
Renewals & Cancellation: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Service Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if your subscription payment is overdue.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes. You shall not:
Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of the Service.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, hack, or copy the software.
Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any malicious code.
Your Data: You retain full ownership of all data, customer lists, inventory details, and financial records you input into Sector71 ("User Data").
Data Security: We implement industry-standard security measures, including cloud backups, to protect your User Data. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Privacy: Our data collection and use practices are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the processing of your data as described therein.
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including the software, source code, UI/UX design, and logos (the "Sector71 Brand"), are the exclusive property of Sector71 Softwares. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software. You do not acquire any ownership rights.
"As Is" Basis: The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Sector71 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sector71 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising out of your use or inability to use the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and your data may be deleted according to our data retention policy.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For international users, local laws regarding data protection and consumer rights may also apply. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes are effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
